BEWARE: as a sub contractor that has done work with this company for years. Owner is a compulsive liar and takes advantage of every opportunity he can to go around paying his sub contractors. This company used to be ran by another individual who would stay on top of tasks and payments, but since the split it's become impossible to collect payments. Steven Field doesn't pay his sub contractors and just strings everyone along until he needs them again. Tries to pay previous balance by asking you to add money on top of following job invoice so he doesn't have to dish out payment from previous job. The day Nacho left all integrity of the company went out with it.

They understand when a apartment complex has a plumbing issue, there is no time to waste. They will find a way to be here in speedy time. We have been experiencing several floodings at our apartment complex for over a year now. The apartment complex finally decided to get things fixed around here. I came in contact with several of the workers while they were here and had a great experience with all of them. All have been very attentive and hard working. They managed all the issues that came up effortlessly and professionally. Listened to all the tenants concerns and addressed them appropriately. We are extremely happy with their service. We will definitely be referring this company to friends and family, as well as use them in the future once we own our home. Thank you again.

he's a crook, con man, thief! Does not pay his veteran contractors! We are disabled veterans that he hired and have not been paid. It's been 6 months +. In this time period he has gone on vacation, bought a new car enjoying an abundant Christmas . . . basically with my money. He will tell you want you want to hear, then put you off. Lives in a big house in Newberry Park at your expense.

Whenever we have a emergency on the property, this team will make sure to be there in a timely manner. Ron and Felix have done many major repairs for us and always do exceptional work. Great plumbing team!

This is not an establishment you want to do business with.. Beware they do not pay their bills. Our experiences with them are negative. Steven Field in my opinion and with my personal and business experiences . He is Dishonest, Not a trust worthy , irresponsible unreliable, a despicable person. I would never refer him to anybody, ever.! Please Beware .
